    To say that Katie was extremely helpful is an understatement. From attending all of the meetings and walk-throughs with the builder, to answering all of our countless questions, to assisting with settlement, Katie helped us through all of the struggles as first time home buyers. Even as we are now approaching a year in our new home, she continues to be very responsive as we work through checklist items with the builder. Katie seriously knows her stuff and is an absolute joy to work with as her wonderful personality is hard to beat. To top it all of, she does it all in her amazing shoe collection - seriously her heels are impressive. We have no doubt that we will use Katie for any future home selling and buying needs.
